Maintenance

At I.T. Systems and Solutions we understand how important your I.T. technology is to your business - that’s why we offer maintenance contracts to give you peace of mind.

Our maintenance contracts can be tailored to suit your business. All contracts include:

         • Priority response for reported faults.
         • Loan equipment where necessary at no charge.
         • Discounted hourly rates for any installation work.
         • Telephone support.
         • Fault diagnosis and clearance by remote access where possible.

If you feel that the size of your business does not warrant a maintenance contract, we can work with you on an ad-hoc basis. Our rates are very reasonable and, as with our maintenance contracts, we offer an efficient and reliable service.

Back-up

We can provide back-up solutions for you data. Just think about the consequences if anything untoward happened to it.

Fault Finding

We understand that your business relies on the technology you have and that, if it fails, your business productivity is immediately affected.

At I.T. Systems and Solutions we are always on hand to find and rectify faults and problems.

We can often solve problems remotely by dialling in to your network or sometimes we can talk you through how to rectify the problem over the ‘phone. If we have to visit you on-site and cannot solve your problem quickly and without disruption to your business, we will take your equipment back to our workshop where we have excellent facilities for diagnosing faults and repairing PCs. We can also offer the service for loan equipment for business critical PCs.
